This Gas & Colic Workshop is designed to teach parents relaxation techniques, comforting suggestions, and intestinal massage strokes which can aid in the relief of gas expulsion, colic, constipation, reflux, and tension. The workshop will be taught by Amy Bonsiero, founder of Mind Body Family LLC. This workshop will be held at JOURNEYoga in Arlington VA on Friday, June 27th from 9:45am-11:15am. Families work together to build the Ultimate MegaMAZE in the Great Hall. Construct a cardboard maze with twisting paths, towers, and dead ends. Then have fun exploring and finding your way through the maze. Bring boxes of any size and shape or use ones provided.

Thursday, August 28: Create a Master-plate for Your Grandparents!, Ages 3 & up Imagine seeing your art work every day at dinner; or giving your grandparents a really special, made-by-you gift. Using paper templates, everyone will draw their own picture, (it helps to think ahead on this one.) The templates are sent away to be transformed into a dish-washer safe keepsake.
