Go for the gold in honor of this summer's 26th Olympiad! On Sunday, August 14 from 11am to 3pm, treat your four-legged friend to an afternoon of pawsome fun at Olde Towne Pet Resort's inaugural Pet Olympics. The region's premier facility for pet care and boarding will host an action packed day of Olympic-themed sports, entertainment and treats for the whole family. Following an opening ceremony, dogs will participate in four Olympic-themed games including Gymnastics, where pets will work with our training team to perform tricks such as rolling over, sitting on command and playing dead, Discus Throw and Hurdles, where dogs will catch frisbees and jump obstacles in our agility course, Swimming Relays in the facility's indoor pool, and the Hundred Yard Dash around the beautiful and spacious grounds. All pets will be awarded edible Olympic medals and are welcome to pose for photos on the podium. Owners are encouraged to register their pets by emailing olympics@oldetownepetresorts.com.
