The event will include a screening of a documentary funded by the Tatia Oden French Memorial Foundation that highlights the importance of women being fully informed of treatment options during childbirth, including the risks, benefits and alternatives of each, before providing consent. Dads, Moms and Caregivers are all welcome. Babies 4 weeks to pre-crawling. Baby and Me Yoga is a great way to bond with your little one while practicing yoga together. Our class will focus on bringing balance and strength to the body by exploring physical shapes, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises. Parents/caregivers will learn hands-on yoga stretches for baby along with songs, games, and infant massage tips. The class environment is open and welcome to babies being babies- sleeping, eating, playing, even crying is okay!
