I am a small business owner in Arlington. My fitness company began as a Mommy Boot camp called FIT 4 MOMS. As the company grew, we moved away from offering boot camp only to moms and renamed the company to CORdaro FIT. After 12 years in business, we are coming full circle and re-introducing a Mommy Boot Camp to the DC/ Arlington area. We currently lead classes at the Westover Park and Trinity Presbyterian Preschool M-F from 5:55am-6:55am and 9:30-10:30am. Sarah Chase, one of my phenomenal trainers, recently had a baby and will be back in the fray of mommyhood and preschool events. She wants to stay in shape as much as any new mom does!
