While aimed at adults, the rich environment will benefit baby too by exposing them to new stimuli and vocabulary! We have families jumping around, running, squating, doing push-ups and pull-ups and so much more. The FITT Fam classes are safe, fun, and challenging challenging way for families to spend quality time together and get that much needed exercise. The Junior FITT class is for parents and kids ages 7-12.
