Farewell to Aunt Flo: An 8-Week Menopause Info & Discussion Group will begin on February 28 and registration is now open. Each week a wonderful local expert in a related field (gynecology, psychiatry, nutrition, sex therapy, etc) will speak on relevant topics and answer questions for 45 minutes, then a psychologist will facilitate a discussion group for the second 45 minutes of each meeting.
