Bring your family and a blanket and watch Independence Day under the stars on the front lawn of historic Kentlands Mansion. Screenings take place from 7:30 to 11 p.m., with the movies starting just after sunset. Admission is $5 per person. Light concessions will be available for purchase starting at 7:30 p.m. This event is sponsored by Brews and Barrels and Royal Tandoor. All families are asked to social distance from each other. The City will be abiding by the current regulations set by the state, county & city for all movie nights.

Mini Varughese, parent of elementary and high schooler. She is a scientist at NIH. Her family moved to the US from India when she was very young. She is a member of the MCCPTA and moderator of the MCCPTA COVID-19 Response Facebook group and an Admin for one of the local Buy Nothing Facebook groups.
