His shows include original music, with songs ranging from humorous to heart-breaking, with White accompanying himself on piano and guitar. Marc Douglas Berardo: Marc Douglas Berardo has been nationally recognized for his music and performances (Rocky Mountain Folks Fest Song contest, Telluride Troubadour Contest, Sisters Folk Festival, and more). In the past year alone, he has shared the stage with heavyweights such as The Doobie Brothers, The Pousette Dart Band, Jimmy Lafave, Martin Sexton, 10,000 Maniacs, Red Molly, John Haitt, The New Riders of the Purple Sage, The Buffalo Springfield, Kevin Welch, Lucy Kaplansky and Livingston Taylor. Guests are invited to explore the museum's themed rooms, secret doors, 60 signed guitars, memorabilia, art and much more before the event begins. Be sure to bring a shopping bag -- everything is for sale! Proceeds of this show go to support the artist-in-residence, heroes and other programs at O Museum in The Mansion.

This 4 hour workshop is a deep exploration of the physiology of the pelvis, the role of the pelvic floor muscles, and demystifying mula bandha. The first 2 hours of this workshop will be a deep dive into pelvic anatomy and physiology, exploring individually and through partner work how our bodies move in space as well as the inner workings of our physical and energetic bodies. Then we'll explore the power of mula bandha: exploring the stability of pelvic floor engagement in movement as well as the importance of releasing these muscles for restoration. Culminating this workshop in an hour-long practice exploring the application of all that we learned. Be prepared for lecture, movement, and working together with fellow participants. Each participant will be provided with worksheets and other materials; please bring a pen to write with. This workshop is eligible for Yoga Alliance CEUs. This workshop is led by Jess Gruber, who is currently pursuing her master's degree in clinical yoga therapy. Price: $60
