There are some really good nannies that do all of the above, but those are rare and are worth the money.  Those are the nannies that parents with high pressure jobs feel comfortable leaving their children for days at a time while on work trips.  The nannies that I tend to see are the ones at the park ignoring the kids.  $25 for that type of care is unreasonable.  [/quote]
