We don't make "bonuses" in my field, but no, I would not work for free. I never suggested nannies should work for free or be paid peanuts. You need to work on your reading comprehension skills. You have no idea what I make, but it's cute of you to tell me I can't afford a nanny and will treat one poorly just because I'm suggesting that in fact some non-wealthy people do use nannies and I think that's okay. I never said that all families can afford a nanny, just that nannies are not just for the wealthy (your words). Again, work on reading comprehension skills. However, as long as a family can afford to pay a reasonable nanny's salary, even if they have to sacrifice and pinch to do it, and the nanny understands the family is not wealthy and can't afford to give a lavish bonuses or gifts and wants to work for them anyway, I see no problem with this. If you do have a problem with this, I really wonder why. Perhaps it's because you harbor some disdain for non-wealthy families? Peace out, angry one. [/quote]
