The younger the child is > the more care + supervision is required. Mother Nature allows the child’s caregiver a respite by making young children need to sleep a bit during the day. As long as the Nanny is either close by or has the baby monitor w/them, it is beneficial for everyone involved if the Nanny can get a little rest in. Since most Nannies have to stay in the home >> responsible for a young child(ren), then they are not simply “entitled” just because they need to nap. Napping gives them the energy needed to be on their A-game throughout the day. And OP: Since you are really rich (as you recently stated), then why should you care what all of us peasants think?[/quote]
