Op here I make $33 hourly not $30. The families hired me since I have my bachelor in education, seven years experience of childcare are and the way I care for my mom. Mostly families wants I raise their kids the way I am.

Op here, hahaha wow how long you have been working as nanny? Why do you think employer will hire you only if your English is excellent. (Experience is more important then excellent in English) Stupid . Employer are ready to hire someone who is not excellent in English but they are not ready to hire someone who don’t have childcare experience or has less experience 
Yes , they will must hire my like my previous employer hired me. They told me their kids will learn English in school and with family I have to teach them another language. I did and they are very thankful for that.
