Op here , I really don’t care what you guys think about my English. Your opinion is not important for me. My employer never had any issue with my English. That’s why they are paying me very well. Infact, I teach their child another language as well. I had interview with a very loving family. My previous employer introduced me with them. I discuss with them about my issue. They said my mom is welcome . She is like their kids grandmother. Now, I am waiting for their decision. They are interviewing other candidates as well. I don’t have any reason to update my issue. I just wanted to share my situation with any one who is going through my situation.
OP, it's great that your old employer allowed you to bring your mom along to your job. Many, many PPs are trying to tell you that it's pretty unusual for a family to be okay with this, and that it will likely not make a good impression if you bring her with you to an interview and/or ask about bringing her to work with you in an interview. While it would be nice for you to have your mom keep you company while you're at work, that's not going to be what many employers are looking to have happen. They are going to expect you to be working and focused on their child/children. No matter how nice your mom is, I would never expect an adult to ask to bring their parent with them to work.
