[/quote] I was going to suggest this, too. DH’s brother and sister-in-law have always had live-ins since they work long hours. The nanny gets time off during the day when the children are in school and their rule is that the nanny is off-duty when the first parent comes home. The parents have established clear boundaries with the children so the children know not to bother the nanny when a parent is home. [/quote]
