Her Christmas bonus is 1 week base pay for each year she is with us. So this Christmas she would get 2 weeks of pay. This is the first major disagreement we have had and its not like her to be all mopey. She is really upset over this. I was really annoyed at first but I am now looking for a solution. I try and treat my employees how I would like to be treated. If we can come to a compromise that works for both of us all the better.[/quote]
