That $ is for activities, lunch out, etc. And haircuts. Thank you, nanny for taking care of this! Our first nanny would even buy the kids toys. It's always worked out. Honestly, if I worried a nanny would steal <$100 from me, I would never have this person alone with my kids. I agree with a PP above that this board either has terrible nannies and a few not so great MBs, or we are just really lucky. But I am thinking the former.
