This sounds reasonable. My contract says that we are supposed to follow OPM as well but its frustrating because more and more they just give optional telework, which means my employers have to work (and so do I) but they don't have to leave the house. This means they expect me on time for the full day, and they don't bother to shovel....[/quote]
