If you don't have a degree- then it's awesome. But please think about your retirement, pension, job protection, professional development. I was a nanny and will go back to the job (note- not career) once my vested pension maxes out and I have a set figure in my 403b. Your job is fun and helps the families- but please don't lose sight of the fact that it's essentially part time work.[/quote]
