Most states have laws against recording sound and video, and where the camera can be located, but there is no law in this area against a hidden camera. That said, I think hidden cameras are kind of silly and would definitely tell a nanny if I had one. Parents can have cameras for any reason they want and nannies can avoid jobs where there are cameras. There isn't anything wrong with either position.[/quote]
