If I didn't deserve it. If it wasn't working out and I was a lazy bum and I was just coming in and sitting at my desk twittering my thumbs I wouldn't feel I deserve my paycheck just for getting out of bed and driving in.[/quote]
If you didn't deserve it and slacked off you should be fired. But if you come to work then yes you should be paid for each hr worked even while twittering you thumbs. That's what management is for and firing someone on the spot not this we don't like you but stay till January then your fired crap.[/quote]
