Unless you are really stupid, you know the issue is excessive phone use of any kind, not an occasional text here and there. I'm a nanny and all the nannies with their cell phones glued to their ears while working make ME look bad. Stop it. You want to be on your phone all day, get a job talking on the phone, not caring for someone else's children.[/quote]

I agree that excessive phone use is terrible. I'm talking to nannies and MBs on here who say nannies should NEVER look at their phone, not once during the day, and absolutely no texts throughout the day.
