A job not suiting someone is not a fault. What would be a fault is if OP continues with this job and develops a bad attitude, starts half-assing her job, or tries to force the kids to fit a schedule she prefers. I don't think there's anything wrong with kids spending their days outside in the pool so long as precautions are taken, they stay hydrated, and have a shady place to rest if needed. I can also understand why OP wouldn't enjoy the prospect of doing this all day every day for an entire summer. You need to find a better fit OP, and this time ask how the kids like to spend their days up front. [/quote]
