Stop being cheap. Your hourly rate is not only disappointing but very disrespectful.  Most of us making at least 50% more than your current pay rate.   Shame on you for exploiting us nannies.

The going rate for a nanny is NOT $30 an hour plus in DC.  Almost everyone I know is paying around $20-24 an hour.  [/quote]
