We fail our families in this country. [/quote] I am the PP, I agree. I was an au pair many years ago and now I am a Mom and do shift work thought it might work to host an au pair. When I looked into the actual costs though I was shocked. No way can I afford it and were on whats considered a middle class income. Its all the fees and extras that nannys dont realize we have to pay[/quote]
