The nanny is paid to watch the child, she can have adult conversations with other nannies at the playground or on playdates. meeting her boyfriend during working hours, especially without the parent's prior knowledge and consent (OP found out from her child) is not acceptable. otherwise she can find another job where she has a lunch hour to spend as she wants.
