These nannies who do this envision themselves to be family members some even call themselves the "third or extra parent" they believe this so in their viewpoint they are doing nothing wrong it isnt any different from an aunt , grandma, or daddy posting a picture.[/quote]

No I do not know why. I have been a full-time nanny for many years loved all the kiddos I have cared for, and I'm close to the families never have I thought of myself as a parent or thought it would be ok to post pictures of the kids.
Now I don't think all of these nannies mean harm I think some of them just lose sight of things they get caught up in wanting to show off want they do during the day and before you know things get posted that shouldn't be.
