It's just like everything else out there, the people paying the top end salaries and demanding something special in return don't advertise on care.com or use a crap agency that finds it's nannies on care.com and craigslist (look at care.com in DC and see all the ads from white house nannies and other local agencies, why pay an agency fee and all those other costs when they are just finding their nannies on care.com like you could do yourself!) The people paying 100k a year for a nanny have other ways of finding the right people.[/quote]
