and how did you get this seemingly amazing gig?
Care.com This is my second year. Didnt get a raise but got a health insurance. I believe i was lucky to find this family.
I do agree that jobs on sittercity.com and care.com are crap.
I got my job from care.com and get $25 an hour base. It's not crap, all the jobs list the pay range right in the search results. What could be easier.

Anonymous wrote:the nanny world is very odd, i sometimes read high-end agencies' job listings located in Beverly Hills and other wealthy cities, and many of them are not paying as much as you're making. Then there is the odd one paying $100k.. while the rest offer usually about $20hr. it's strange, it's either all or almost nothing out thereAnonymous wrote:I got mine from care.com. I'm not the PP but I'm in a nanny share and make $58K in Arlington doing 50 hours/week. I pay for my own health insurance though

You just need a routine and the new kids to get used to you. Or you should have taken a break between jobs. Don't give subpar work because you're suddenly burned out, just quit and stop complaining in dcum.
