However, if she had been working, I could have asked her to work 10-2 so I could go do errands and (GASP) spend time alone, maybe go to the gym. That way I actually would have all weekend to RELAX and parent my child vs. drag him around with me on said errands. Don't assume you know why a person with the day off wants you to come in. This is exactly why I'd want my nanny to come in for part of the day. If I could do all my errands in one day, my weekend would be SO nice and I could spend time with my son. End of story.[/quote]
