[/quote] The reason it makes a difference is because if you ONLY had 1 job where you worked 2-3 days a week then it's more important to have more notice. If you have a full time job already PLUS this other one that is a share on the days you work for both families that is a different story. I don't know what your arrangement is but presumably your full-time family pays you a different rate on your share days than on your not share days. If there is no longer a share then they should pay you their non-share rate every day. Therefore it is not as big a deal if your part-time MB only gives you 1 month notice rather than 2. Of course, your contract says 2 months and that's up to you if you want to pursue it but since you are asking for advice, it makes a difference if you still have a full-time job.[/quote]
