Nannies go into a job expecting to change diapers, but it is not a given that you will work on holidays. If the party you chose to have/the children you chose to have are too much for you, it sound like you make bad choices and expect other people to clean up your mess, both figuratively and literally. You still haven't answered the big question, how are you compensating your nanny for these hours? Double pay? An extra day off? A gigantic bonus? For some reason, I get the feeling you plan to pay her regular weekly rate, which you would've paid had she worked or not, right?[/quote]
