If she doesn't want to, you got yourself the wrong nanny.[/quote] Well, no. What is reasonable is what is best for the children, provided it is considerate of and fair to the nanny. And OP never said anything about the nanny never taking the children outside. Far from it - she said they have a big backyard and a pool with lots of toys and a swing set. [/quote]
