She's a home daycare provider. She therefore needs to pay her taxes as a "self-employed" person, or she will pay her taxes as an LLC or some other business. A nanny in a share is the [b]employee[/b] of both/all share partners. She should be getting a check from each share partner each week, with taxes taken out. Nannies, nanny employers, nanny share members, and SAHM's who offer child care only get away with "skirting the law" if they deliberately choose to be tax evaders. It's not a big mystery.[/quote]
