There are limits on how many non-biological/legally related children can be cared for in one home, but it is certainly more than one. You apparently have never been licensed, have you? I have, and yes, the laws do vary from state to state, and county to county. In some areas, if you are getting paid to provide care for ANY child, outside of the child's home, you need a license. Nanny shares seem to be going under the radar.[/quote]
