Mormons ARE taught to view themselves as more righteous!!!! Anyone who says otherwise needs to do some deep soul searching. We are taught that we belong to the "one and only true church" and that all other churches are false. We are taught to focus our friendships and dating almost exclusively on other Mormons. The pressure to invite friends to church and look for converts is intense. Even the language is repulsive - the world is devibded into Members, Non-Members and Inactives. [/quote]
