We've had great luck with girls from Utah and Arizona (happened to be Mormon)...but I'd go to care.com and find them yourself.
There are agencies that do this for you, but it ends up costing $3000 for that "service".
YCN (Your Child's Nanny) is a complete joke, run by a couple women working part time in Oregon and Hawaii. Read customer feedback online before signing up with any of them. Especially Yelp...which was so bad, they took it down.

Former Mormon here. Mormons ARE taught to view themselves as more righteous!!!! Anyone who says otherwise needs to do some deep soul searching. We are taught that we belong to the "one and only true church" and that all other churches are false. We are taught to focus our friendships and dating almost exclusively on other Mormons. The pressure to invite friends to church and look for converts is intense. Even the language is repulsive - the world is devibded into Members, Non-Members and Inactives.

They certainly aren't all like that--we are still getting sex toy/ porn ads in the mail in the name of a former Mormon nanny (who was with us briefly in 2011). And also discovering new lies she told us, our kids, and our neighbors. . .

Like any stereotypes with nannies, it can be useful to a point, but you absolutely have to look at the individual.

Adult here. OP asked a perfectlly valid question.

Mormon nannies can be great - we've had two. The pluses are obvious - clean living and domestically oriented. However, both women have been somewhat subtlety judgemental of the fact that I drink coffee and work full time. It is funny more than anything once I got used to it, but it bugs me that they think of themselves as more "righteous" than my family. Whatever - my kids have excellent care and if I have to put up with a goody-goody to get it, so be it.

Greataupair is a good website to look on. If you use care.com, search by using Utah/Idaho schools. Avoid Your Child's nanny all costs. They used to be great, but were terriable when I used them more recently.

And your question, at least the way you worded it, and thus what we read, had everything to do with religion since the characteristic of the AP you mentioned is that they are Mormons, which, in case you do not know, it is a religion (the title of your thread is "Mormon Au Pairs", so I can't really see how you can say that it nothing to do with religion).

OP did not have a good question, she asked an offensive question. PPs were attempting to explain WHY they responded the way they did so she could improve her phrasing next time and hopefully offend fewer people.
