How about you speak to former employers/references and ask pointed questions BEFORE determining that a nanny is unfit based on her size.  I may weigh 60 pounds over the 'recommended' weight but I am most likely more active than many skinny nannies.

Currently I care for one year old twins and we go out and enjoy the outdoors as often as its practical to do so.

Also, the suggestion that a smaller sized nanny has healthier eating habits is laughable.  From my experience, one's weight/size is often not a good representation of eating habits.  [/quote]
