I am a total wuss and have no spine, but it felt like we had different ideas about what was working for our family. I started looking for a new nanny before letting her go and then found someone, let her go, and paid out a month to cover her.

I am sorry you are in this situation and it sucks and looking for a nanny is no fun, but this does not work for you and you need to part ways. [/quote]
