My gosh, you’re rude AF.

You’re scheduled for 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Let’s say you’re paid $10 per hour. 8 hours, 5 days a week, means you’re paid $400 per week for 40 hours. You’re probably paid more than $10/hour, this is an example.

Now your MB is asking you to be off Monday, but work the same 40 hours over 4 days - you’d still be getting paid $10 per hour for 40 hours, so you’d still be making $400 for the week.
