Nannies, I know often our jobs have us subconsciously voluntarily (and sometimes enticed) putting other's needs first but since March 2020, these are just NOT the times to neglect yourself. Please please put yourself and your needs first just like families put their needs first, you have the right to decide and place boundaries concerning what is best for you.
