She is stuck in the US and if she does not extend as an au pair, she will be in visa violation.[/quote] i get it, but you can still tell them you won pay the fees unless they give you a discount, at this point you are doing them a favor. So you pay your AP stipend and everything else but not full agency fees.[/quote]
