The older kids keep to themselves(preteen boys) and the girls will be in bed within an hour. The only one who might cause an issue is the 6 year old but at most she might just whine for her mom. All the other kids are fine with babysitters, especially mine since they know her well. She’s worked for us for 8 years so the other kids have met her a few times.

She would be there from 8:30pm-1:30am(we plan to be home by 1 but just in case). She’s welcome to spend the night or go home. In the past she’s pretty 50/50 on staying the night. Sometimes she will fall asleep early and stay, other times she leaves when we return.

Nanny here.  I've cared for 7 kids, but they were all the same immediate family, which is very, very different.

With the situation you describe, you need to stop and think.  Will she be on overtime yet?  If so, yes, your sisters should be fine with 100 each for the night, but you should be doing 150 (time and a half).  If the kids are that easy, it should be okay, especially if she's met all of the kids before.

The only thing that would make me stop and think would be the 2 3 year olds.  What happens if one of them wakes up, and the first wakes the second?[/quote]
