[/quote] Nanny here. Sorry, but nannies always inflate their wages to employers who look like they can afford it. Go to any agency and look at the national average. It’s $16 take home. Unless your nanny has a degree or over 20 years of experience, you’re way overpaying. [/quote] Please stop...you cannot overpay someone to take care of your child and as a nanny you should know that. If someone can afford to pay $23/hr but you only want to take $16/hr then skip that job and look for the cheaper one. Idk in what world an actual nanny would fight to get paid less. [/quote]
