You are going to have to guarantee 4 to 7 anyway. And all of us rush home to relieve the nanny, OP - that is just the nature of having an employee. One or two nights every single week of having to work late - and at the last minute - is always going to be a problem. Good luck. I personally think you need 12 hours of coverage. You should ask your current nanny if she is even interested in that before you have to hire someone else. And after school nannies are the hardest to find and keep. [/quote]
