Op, how does she not have proof/keep track? I have 2 immunization cards and I get them filled out every time I get a vaccine. I still have the ones that I got when I was born and I have all my vaccines stamped and dated. Is she foreign born? Or did she lose the documentation? Personally, I think you should pay for them. It isn’t her problem if you’re on a right budget. If you don’t want to pay for them then find someone who has proof already. [/quote]

You’re crazy. Most people do you not have vaccine records from when they were a baby or a minor. You’re an expectation to the rule. Most of my records were shredded when my doctored retired and lost during moves. [/quote]

That’s why I have my own records and copies, is what I mean. I had my own even though my doctor retired and closed his practice. But like you said many people don’t have their records [/quote]
