Especially knowing that the tasks while the family is away usually don't take full days.[/quote] Nothing lazy about it - good nannies are being paid for their availability. It was not the nanny's decision when you went on vacation. Her job is to care for the children and you took the children away. Again, I am not going to argue. Ask you nanny to come in and do chores for you while you are away and see how long you keep her. [/quote]
