Damn...I don’t mean those in a negative way, but wow, you do a lot! If you don’t mind me asking (and sorry this is off-topic!), how much do they pay you for all that?
I would be totally willing to become manager of sorts like that, especially if I was paid extra for it! Tbh, organizing is fun to me. As of now, I do occasional dishes and that’s it. I’ve offered to do more, but my nanny family has declined again and again. I think they feel bad that they can’t afford to pay me more.

I am a nanny... I can’t do the big tasks when the kids are home, that’s why I use their vacations...

No, I’m not the housekeeper, they have a service come in for that. My charges and I are rarely at home for more than an hour at a time unless they are sick (no more naps), so I don’t have time anymore to reorganize closets and the playroom, purge a full size from one child’s wardrobe, or switch seasonal clothes. Why, PP? Do "good" nannies expect to be paid to do nothing when the family is away, even if they already have taken their agreed upon vacation time? That seems a little lazy, doesn't it? Especially knowing that the tasks while the family is away usually don't take full days.
Nothing lazy about it - good nannies are being paid for their availability. It was not the nanny's decision when you went on vacation. Her job is to care for the children and you took the children away.
Again, I am not going to argue. Ask you nanny to come in and do chores for you while you are away and see how long you keep her.
