No, you don't. I think it would be a nice gesture, but just as you don't pay for people's CPR certification or any educational requirements you have for your job, if it's a qualification for employment, they need to provide it before you hire them.[/quote]

You can make anything a condition of employment but if the person you wish to hire doesn't have these qualifications, they you pay for them!  You can put in your add for employment that only people who have specific vaccinations and CPR  training need apply. [/quote]
