I always thank her and we are generous with pay, time off, bonuses etc. If I were adding a baby to the mix, my expectations would be the same re laundry and general tidiness of space but that's it until the naps are sorted out. I'd rather the nanny take extra time to rest and have energy to go outside more and not burn out with two little ones. [/quote]
