OP, I'm sorry this happened to you, and I'm sorry for your MB. I definitely feel that she could have handled it better, but she was probably reeling from getting let go herself. Good luck finding another position quickly![/quote] Most nannies are 5-7 years, so it does make sense to some families to have child care as after kids go to school, they can use aftercare which is much cheaper. If mom drops out of the workforce, its hard to get her job back again.[/quote]
